Subject: No Haggling or Hassling
I cannot begin to express the level of satisfaction I had when I bought a travel trailer
from the good folks at Wholesale RV Club. From Amy, the salesperson, to Kendra, the finance
person, everyone was exceptionally professional and extremely easy to deal with.
I had been all over Dallas looking for the right RV at the right price to no avail.
I contacted Wholesale RV Club and immediately knew I had found the right place. I was a
little skeptical buying an RV “sight unseen” over the phone/internet but this was the best
experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle/RV. No haggling or hassling, just great prices
from the very start.
I contacted Amy on the 31st of January and had a trailer at my house in Texas on February 19th.
Most of that time was me trying to make up my mind about which trailer I wanted. I decided on
about February the 8th, so it was just over 10 days to get all the financing worked out and get
it delivered and I live over 1100 miles away. I would, and have already recommended
Wholesale RV Club to my friends. By the way, did I mention you have to be a member of the
Wholesale RV Club AND it’s FREE to join.

Subject: Our Trip Home
Amy, First let me say thank you again for all of your help in our purchase of
our new RV. It is an amazing vehicle, but you made it all the more special
through your efforts on our part with the purchase process! I am sorry I am a
bit late in this e-mail to let you know how we made our trip home. The
Thanksgiving holiday was fast approaching and I definitely lost track of the
time until yesterday when I came to realize it had already been a week since our
"maiden voyage" pulling the RV home.
I am very happy to say our trip went without incident! We pulled up the road a
bit from the dealership to practice in the Meijer parking lot as was recommended
by one of the service department men. The next 400 miles we drove back to St
Louis were a pleasure. The Pull-Rite hitch system performed as I had hoped.
Although there were bumps and other typical road surface changes, the trailer
moved smoothly with us. Other than the additional pull on the truck engine which
is to be expected and having to keep mindful of the length of the RV when
merging in and out of traffic, the RV was no further issue. The weather was
beautiful so I was able to pull at between 70 and 75mph most of the way home.
Once back in St Louis the only challenge was backing the unit into its storage
space. I am not an expert by an stretch of the imagination, and it took me close
to 30 tries I would say to get the RV nestled into its spot "just right." Now my
family and I are itching to get it back out and start our camping adventures!
Thank you again Amy for all of your help! We may be making another trip to OH in
December to see my sister, and if that is the case I definitely want to plan a
trip over to your place to say hello and maybe pick up some of our first
supplies for the RV!
Sincerely, Daniel, Lesa, and Sarah

Subject: Hi Gal
Just wanted you guys to know we drove 900 miles back to Louisiana dragging our
new trailer with no probs. The trial by fire was the miles back to Cinci with
the construction: narrow lanes, zero room in either lane due to the concrete
dividers lined up on the white stripe, heavy traffic, and a lot of trucks. We
did just fine.
Let Jon, Ben, and the guys out back know that I now understand why they warned
me about "unloading" the load levelers. The hitch was at it's corrective limits
and the load on the hitch was formidible. They set the hitch up correctly and
the truck/load handled fine. When I got home and relaxed, I then realized how
much correction was required to make the load "neutral". They did a great job.
I want to say, Amy, that I enjoyed this buying experience. I respect the
professionalism you displayed (and I liked the hugs). Jeff took care of his
business with little fanfare, and I especially enjoyed dealing with Ben and the
guys outback. They quickly understood my technical interests and went beyond
their duty to share their expertise. Amy, please print this and share it with
the Guys out back..

We have let many people know what a great experience we had with the Wholesale
RV Club (WRVC). In the beginning, I was suspicious of using an online business,
but they quickly put us at ease, both with phone conversations and introducing
us to the WRVC family online. They were quick to respond to all my questions.
When we arrived after traveling all the way from the west coast, we were warmly
greeted by all the staff.
A gentleman who really knew his RVs took time to teach us all the pros and cons
of our new RV. Most importantly, it was everything they had promised and more.
It was filled and ready to go all the way back west.
Thanks for all you did to help us with our great adventure!

Hey , I would like to
say,"Thank you ". I contacted Keith Miller via your internet sales and he was great
, all the people were amazing I would like to say thanks to Keith , Kendra , Amy
and David who gave us the walk through of our new 2011 Jayco Jay Flight G2 32 BHDS.
My wife and I drove down from Ottawa Canada and pick up our trailer in Dayton Ohio
and everyone there was amazing. When we got to the border with our trailer we crossed
over without any problem we had all the paper work in order thanks to Kendra and
all the gang at the Wholesale RV club.
Thanks again for a fabulous experience. Oh yea, BTW we saved $7000.00
Keep up the great work,
Chris and Bonnie
We had a great experience with purchasing
our trailer working with Keith Miller and Kendra Johnson. They were helpful and
pleasant to work with, and even went the extra mile to insure our confidence in
RV Wholesale Club. We are truly happy with our experience, and our trailer! We would
be happy to refer our friends to you! To get it back into Canada, we needed the
bill of sale, title, and recall clearance letter which you all provided for us,
and we had to pay the 5% GST at the border. They gave us Form 1 at the border, so
we had to get online and pay RIV (approx. $200), and then they give you Form 2.
Then you take Form 1 and Form 2 and the trailer to Canadian Tire for inspection,
and then they send you your final papers. We are waiting for those now.
We saved about $8000 on our purchase by driving to Great Falls to pick it up.
Thanks!

Hello, We spent a pleasant Memorial
Day weekend picking up our Cougar XL and then going to Wright Patterson AF Museum
before returning with RV in tow to our home NW of Chicago. Keith and Dee were very
helpful as was everyone there at Colerain. We are planning to go to Mammoth Cave
NP for the Fourth of July week and I’d be happy to send a few pictures and full
insights then.
Best,

Hi Doug, I am quite happy with my
Wholesale RV Club purchase. The Colerain RV personal were very pleasent and helpful
in our purchase. After two outings I was not able to get satisfactory tv reception.
The problem is in the coax line ran from the antenna to the antenna booster.
Thank you,

After
attending the Cleveland RV Show last week, my wife and I did not find what we wanted
in our price range. I thought that I would take our search for an RV to the internet.
My wife and I were not sure about purchasing something so large as an RV over the
internet but Keith and the entire team associated with the Wholesale RV Club and
Colerain RV put our concerns at ease quickly. (Even though we were over 200 miles
away)
Keith provided answers to our questions, sent photos of the unit to us, and treated
us like were sitting in his dealership. When we came to get the camper, we were
greeted promptly along with seeing our names on the Welcome board! We received a
detailed run down of all of the features of the Coachmen from Greg. Lou stepped
in when it came down to the financing and Kendra (our finance person) was working
with another customer. Rather than have us wait on her, Lou got us going, both took
excellent care of us, answered all our questions with respect and took the time
to fully explain the extended warrenty pro's and con's to us.
After a little parts shopping, Keith met us at the door with our new Coachmen motor
home ready to go.A few photos were taken for the dealers web site and our scrapbook.
Finally it was time to leave, the Webb's happily headed back home with visions
of trips to Colorado and Cedar Fair Amusement Parks!
Thanks again to all the great folks at the Wholesale RV Club for making this such
a great motorhome purchase.
